Poster call

At the 7th Translational Cardiovascular Research Meeting (22-23 June), young researchers will have the opportunity to present and discuss their most exciting and recent data with key leaders in cardiovascular research. The best presentations will be awarded poster prizes (€300, €200 and €100).

Interested? Please submit your abstract (no more than 300 words) by June 9th, 2023. Abstract submissions need to be accompanied by a commitment that you will be there to present your poster (A0 size, onsite) during the meeting. We have a maximum of 35 poster spots; when we have received 35 abstracts we will close the opportunity to submit.

Abstracts will be selected by their quality before June 16th, 2023. A maximum of 10 candidates will be invited to present their work as a moderated poster session during lunch on Friday 23rd of June (12:25-13:25), and three winners will be chosen and honored during the closing session (16:15-17:30).

Candidates for NLHI Fellowships 2023

The NLHI endorses talent by providing a grant for talented researchers with the possibility to work at a foreign, internationally recognized institute for up to a year. The idea behind the fellowships is for young people to both develop themselves and to bring skills and knowledge back to Dutch hospitals. The fellowship program is supported by the Foundation Friends of Cardiology (Vrienden van de Cardiologie).

Accreditation points NVVC for June 22 & 23

Cardiologists will receive:

  • 4 accreditation points for joining the program on Thursday June 22
  • 7 accreditation points for joining theprogram on Friday June 23.

    Application for these accreditation points can be done during the registration process.

7th DCVA – NLHI Translational Cardiovascular Research meeting

The Dutch Cardiovascular Alliance (DCVA) proudly invites you to the 7th DCVA-NLHI Translational Cardiovascular Research Meeting. We are happy to share that the event will take place live in Utrecht, the Netherlands, on June 22nd & 23rd. Make sure to block your schedule and don’t miss out on this special edition.

5th anniversary

This year will be a special edition since the DCVA is celebrating her 5th anniversary. Prepare for two days loaded with interesting presentations, almost 100 speakers, about 300 colleagues and stakeholders from the field, awarding prizes and festivities.

About the event

The yearly Translational Cardiovascular Research Meeting is an event aimed at international and national (Dutch) cardiovascular researchers and provides them with the opportunity to attend scientific sessions with top speakers from the field. It also is an opportunity to meet Young @ Heart, to reconnect with colleagues and get to know fellow researchers. During the Research Meeting the Einthoven dissertation prizes, poster prizes and fellowships will be awarded, so all talents can proceed with their promising plans.
